Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all materials supplied to Seller/ministicks.com
for reproduction do not violate copyright or trade-mark laws.
Seller/ministicks.com assumes no liability whatsoever for the Buyer's use or misuse of
copyrighted or trademarked materials or for verification of trademarked or copyrighted art.
Seller/ministicks.com reserves the right to ask for written confirmation of this permission.
Buyer agrees to indemnify the Seller/ministicks.com for any loss due to the unauthorized
use of such logos or designs. Seller/ministicks.com reserves the right to refuse to print any
design considered to be in poor taste or offensive.
